Paul Schuler is President and CEO of Clean Caribbean & Americas (CCA), a non-profit, international oil spill response cooperative which covers the 37 countries and territories of the Caribbean and Latin America. He was responsible for developing and implementing an air mobile strategy for
responding to spills in the region and has participated in scientific studies on the effects of oil on tropical ecosystems. He also led CCA’s response to the Macondo incident in the Gulf of Mexico, in which CCA flew over 80 airborne dispersant spraying missions. Prior to CCA, Paul served 14 years in the U.S. Navy.
